The McLaren family’s Nerstane stud, Woolbrook, will represent NSW in the 2015 National Merino Pairs Competition at this year’s Australian Sheep & Wool Show at Bendigo in July.

John, Hamish and Jock McLaren’s pair won the NSW title at the Sydney Royal Show in late March ahead of 21 other pairs. The August-shorn pair comprised a full embryo transfer fine/medium wool brother and sister sired by one of Nerstane’s most outstanding sires, Nerstane 121.
